LinkU is a free and easy-to-use resource to help you find local services, including help with HIVprevention and care. It is DC, Prince George’s County, and Montgomery County’s goal to makesure everyone who lives, works, and plays in the DMV area can access the services they need.
Leah Henry (she/her) is an on-air personality, multimedia producer, and host in the DMV area. Like her home state of Texas, her personality is big. And as a graduate of Howard University, she’s no stranger to the DC area. She, along with her viral entertainment brand Leah’s Lemonade, has been featured in multiple news outlets for her popular celebrity interviews, including TMZ, Yahoo! News, E! News, and The Daily Mail. You can hear Leah on the airwaves on 93.9 WKYS as a radio personality or catch her as an entertainment correspondent on outlets like Fox 5 DC and Fox Soul. As Leah famously says at the Lemonade Stand, “Grab a cup, throw it back, and sip on all of that!”
Malachi Stewart (he/him) wears many hats for DC Health, serving as a public health analyst and as the expanded testing coordinator for GetCheckedDC and the District’s hepatitis C virus peer program. The Philadelphia native has worked in public and community health in the DMV area for more than a decade. His personal experience of living with HIV since 2008 fuels his passion for advocacy. When he’s not working, you can find him walking near the waterfront at the Wharf or kickboxing in Navy Yard. Malachi is also the host of an Instagram series called The Kickback, where he has honest conversations about relevant community topics.
